Sudio Fem is their latest wireless earbuds and it now features improvements such as 4 environmental noise-canceling microphones, USB-C charging, and touch-sensitive controls.

Specifications

The packaging is clean and functional and the usual accessories, such as additional eartips and USB-C cable. Besides the carry case, there’s a felt pouch too. While the earbuds now sport a microphone stem protruding out, it does fit in the ear quite well and comfortable enough to wear for a long duration. Specs-wise, the Sudio Fem has a 6 hour battery life, and the case will provide 2 additional full charges. There’s quick charging via USB-C. The Fem is sweat resistant, has a waterproof rating of IPX5, which means its good to bring along for a workout.

There’s no physical button on the earbuds. Instead, control is via touch.

Sound Quality

On pairing there’s a prompt to select either SBC / AAC audio codec. SBC is more commonly supported but AAC offers better audio fidelity. If you can, go with AAC. Overall, sound quality seems better than the previous Sudio Niva. The overall sound is well-balanced, the highs aren’t too bright and the bass sufficient. I typically used it for music listening, and watching some shows and was overall quite impressed across the different genres and sound stages.
